A Chimney Cake, or "Kürtőskalács" in Hungarian, is a unique Eastern European treat that Minnesota has been missing out on for the last 300 years! Chimney Cakes get their name from the cylinder shape they take on during the baking process.Our chimneys are made from scratch and baked fresh to order every day.

 

We hand roll the dough and bake each chimney over a special  rotisserie grill, giving the hollow inside a soft doughy center, and the outside a golden flakey crunch.
